Sitting is bad for health. Instant Recess may help- Dr. Toni Yancey

Dr. Antronette Yancey, professor of Health Services at the School of Public Health & co-director of the UCLA Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Equity, was interviewed Jan. 19th on KABC-Channel 7 about her book “Instant Recess: Building a Fit Nation 10 Minutes at a Time,” which outlines an exercise routine that can be performed at schools and in offices.
