Allison Kamerman, MS, MSO

Allison comes to us after eight years with the UCLA Center for Public Health and Disasters as the Assistant Director for Administration. She worked at the Anderson School of Management for a year and a half after spending ten years in Washington D.C. working first as a Manager in corporate fitness and more recently as the Program Manager in the Publications Directorate for an Earth sciences association. She earned an M.S. in Applied Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Physical Education with a minor in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University, SLO. When not at work, Allison spends time with her family and raising her two 4-year old toddlers.

Yayoi Roth, Assistant to the Chair

Yayoi is an alumna of Santa Monica College and UCLA Department of World Arts and Cultures.  She worked at the J. Paul Getty Trust as an internship coordinator, research assistant, and events coordinator.  She returned to UCLA to assist her former Department Chair at the Center for Intercultural Performance and coordinate fellowship programs and public events.  Since then she has worked in development, administration and private charitable philanthropic management.  Yayoi volunteered and served on the Board of Directors for Venice Arts, a community youth arts organization.  Born in Okinawa and raised mostly in Los Angeles, she speaks Japanese and has an interest in senior care.

Anna Lim, Student Affairs Officer

Anna graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in Physiological Sciences and has been part of Health Policy and Management Department for 11 years now. She was a work study student, here in the department, before she started working full time as an administrator. Now, she has taken the role of the Student Affairs Officer in pursuit of her passion to help, support, and enhance student growth and development. When she’s not working, she’s spending most of her time cuddling and cleaning up after her mischievous, yet irresistibly adorable American Eskimo named Skimo. She enjoys hiking, card making, painting, and reading for leisure. 

Kelli Hornachek, Coordinator, MPH Program and Alumni Relations

Kelli comes to us from New York where she worked with Partnership for a Drug-Free America, the Direct Marketing Association, Westside Dance Physical Therapy, and Weight Watchers of North America. She brings great experience in managing multiple tasks, organizing events, and providing interpersonal support. Kelli earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Health Science with a minor in Psychology, from Saint Mary’s College of California. She is excited to share her experience and work alongside the HPM department staff, faculty, and students to support the mission of the department.
